Artists Thanksgiving Concert
As we enjoy the blessings of bounty we need
to remember that Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to share the joy of helping
those who are less fortunate.
We are blessed to host one of the first
ever Compassion Concerts with a Cause. Proceeds
will be going to the ministry of Compassion Canada as they reach children at
risk around the world. This is an
all-ages event.
On Friday, October 17th at 7:00
PM, many artists are coming together from across multiple genres, ages and
styles to present a free event for all ages.
You
may not have experienced anything like this before and perhaps never again.
Some of the Artists include:
- Internationally renowned live performance painter Lewis Lavoie (painter to Queen Elizabeth II, Stephen Harper, Ralph Klein, Dan Aykroyd and more)
- Haitian Born and Raised Slam Poet, Medgine (Tours internationally, National rep in Canada’s Poetry Slam)
- International Touring, Award-Winning Dance Troupe, Soul 2 Soul (from Hip Hop to Ballet, including dancing in "The King and I", "The Nutcracker" and “Midsummer Night’s Dream”)
- Vanguard Gospel Choir (known for their many performances with Paul Baloche)
- John Lennon Songwriting Contest Finalist, Linnea Salte
- Hot Blues licks (filled with hope) from Dr Blu (Dr. Randy Ritz)
- High flying, jaw-dropping, mind blowing stunt & dance performers, FlyFree Performance Team
- Canada’s Christian Blues Artist of the Year, AJ and Band
- Canada's Lifetime Achievement Award-Winning, Arlen Salte
- Noted artists, Normay and Herman Wiebe
- Organ Virtuoso, Dr. Gerry Paulson
- Glory Lutheran Worship Choir with rich songs of Christian heritage
- Bethel Contemporary Choir
- The catchy pop sounds of the band of three brothers, West of Here
- Internationally charting folk duo, The Royal Foundry
- MT: Internationally published inspirational poet.

You will also not want to miss the Grand
Finale as all artists come together in a worshipful anthem in a mix of styles,
ages and expressions that will leave you spellbound and deeply inspired.
Although there will be a love offering,
